Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance
- Full payment is required to secure your booking
- Bookings are subject to availability
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded
- If we need to cancel your session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered
Age & Supervision
- Recommended age: 8+
- Under 16s must attend their first session with a parent or guardian
- Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information
Health & Safety
- Participants should not take part if they have conditions affected by VR (e.g. epilepsy) unless advised it is safe
- All participants must follow staff instructions at all times
- Sessions are supervised by trained staff
Liability
- Participation is at your own risk
- DreamQuest VR Club is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions
- Any damages caused by misuse may be chargeable
Waiver
- A waiver must be completed before participating
- For under 18s, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver
- By participating, you agree to the terms outlined in the waiver

- Mobile VR visits are available on request
- Suitable space and safe environment must be provided
